Online Policy:
We hope you are pleased with your purchase with us. We understand that because you made a purchase online and could not try it on in person, we gladly accept returns as long as items are unworn. Tags and the protective sticker on panties MUST be intact to receive refund.
Sale items, hosiery, latex, and leather are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged in store or online.
If you wish to return an item, you must first email brooklynfoxlingerie@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase to obtain a return authorization number. You will need to write that RA number on the box and ship the package with in 3 days of receiving the RA number to:

In-Store Policy:
Returns are only accepted as an exchange.
No returns on hosiery or worn items. All original tags must be attached. Exchanges must be made within 14 days and accompanied by receipt. If you have any further questions please email us at brooklynfoxlingerie@gmail.com
We have the right to refuse an exchange or store credit if there are any signs of ware on the product due to hygiene reasons.
